Ingredients

  • 1 pouch Tasty BiteĀ® Punjabi Lentil Curry
  • 2 large pieces flatbread or Naan
  • 170g goat cheese
  • 1 handful of baby spinach
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 2 tsp. olive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. PRE-HEAT oven to 180c.
  2. PLACE flat bread or naan on a baking sheet.
  3. SPREAD Tasty BiteĀ® Punjabi Lentil on flatbread and top with the goats cheese.
  4. BAKE for 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  5. REMOVE from oven, top with spinach, onion and tomato.
  6. DRIZZLE with olive oil and enjoy!
