- 1 pouch Tasty Bite® Punjabi Lentil Curry
- 2 large pieces flatbread or Naan
- 170g goat cheese
- 1 handful of baby spinach
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- PRE-HEAT oven to 180c.
- PLACE flat bread or naan on a baking sheet.
- SPREAD Tasty Bite® Punjabi Lentil on flatbread and top with the goats cheese.
- BAKE for 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- REMOVE from oven, top with spinach, onion and tomato.
- DRIZZLE with olive oil and enjoy!
