- Ingredients - for 2 bowls
- 1 pouch of Tasty Bite® Delhi Potato and Chickpea Curry
- 250g cooked Quinoa
- Handful of kale, roughly chopped
- 4 radishes, grated
- 2-3 tbsp. pickled red cabbage
- Divide the cooked quinoa into two bowls, smoothing out over the bottom to create a base.
- Heat the pouch of Tasty Bite® ® Delhi Potato and Chickpea Curry for 60 seconds in the microwave.
- Carefully divide the curry into both bowls, keeping it to one side of the bowl.
- Add red pickled cabbage and kale into the other half of each bowl.
- Garnish with some grated radish and serve immediately.
