Ingredients

  • Ingredients - for 2 bowls
  • 1 pouch of Tasty Bite® Delhi Potato and Chickpea Curry
  • 250g cooked Quinoa
  • Handful of kale, roughly chopped
  • 4 radishes, grated
  • 2-3 tbsp. pickled red cabbage

Cooking Instructions

  1. Divide the cooked quinoa into two bowls, smoothing out over the bottom to create a base.
  2. Heat the pouch of Tasty Bite® ® Delhi Potato and Chickpea Curry for 60 seconds in the microwave.
  3. Carefully divide the curry into both bowls, keeping it to one side of the bowl.
  4. Add red pickled cabbage and kale into the other half of each bowl.
  5. Garnish with some grated radish and serve immediately.
